"I was a first-time home buyer and relatively new to Pittsburgh. I had no real estate contacts and didn’t know where to start! I was given Lynne’s contact info from a patient at work. When I contacted Lynne, I told her I would have a million questions and didn’t want to “waste” her time since she seemed so established. I also told her my budget wasn’t high 7’s or 8’s (more like 170-215k) and expected her to refer me to a less experienced agent (and I was okay with that). Boy, was I wrong! Lynne and the Bingham team treated me like gold! She was available any time I needed and got me into every property I had an interest in within 24 hours. If she wasn’t available to show me a property, one of her team members promptly met me and showed me the home. They never made me feel inferior in any way or try to push something off on me that I wasn’t interested in. Lynne showed me my dream home hours before it even went on the market. I met her right after work, fell in love, and was in contract 2 hours later (at 7k less than asking with 3 other higher offers on the table, sight unseen). I was the only one who got to physically see the house, and it never even made it to the market. If it did, I would have lost it in a bidding war. I have no idea how my lower offer was accepted other than the magic of Lynne! When it was time for negotiations, she took care of everything in my best interest. When the appraisal came back lower than what I offered (I was going to be responsible for almost $10k more), she fought back until the sellers came down, leaving me with no additional price or stress. I did nothing. My loan officer even said, “I’ve never seen that done, especially in this market.” If you have the opportunity to work with Lynne and her team, you will be set for life. I’m seriously so grateful for her. Her professionalism and savvy techniques were way more than I expected and got me a home I never even dreamed of!
