About Joanna Henderson

A Pittsburgh native and proud Mt. Lebanon High School graduate, Joanna brings an incredible work ethic, wonderful communication skills, and years of experience to The Bingham Team. Joanna's distinguished career began with dedicated service in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1995, during which time she lived in Jacksonville, Florida (1985-1988) and Kailua, Hawaii (1989-1995). This foundation of discipline and commitment has shaped her professional excellence ever since.

 

Transitioning to the real estate industry in 1999, Joanna served as a Realtor until 2003 before advancing to roles as Settlement Officer, Coordinator, and Supervisor—positions she has held with distinction to the present day. Joanna's expertise includes running the South Hills Region for Barristers, Howard Hanna's Closing and Title  Division, coordinating and conducting closings, as well as clearing title with precision and professionalism. Joanna has always gone out of her way to offer help and guidance to the many Real Estate Agents she has worked with over the years and has a wonderful network to bring to the table.

 

Having resided in Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park and now Peters, Joanna has deep roots in the community. Above all, she cherishes her family, especially her grandchildren, and has a passion for travel! Joanna is excited to join The Bingham Team and work alongside Lynne, bringing her extensive experience, outstanding communication abilities, invaluable network/relationships and unwavering dedication to every client interaction.
